1. Who we are
This website is operated by X Dimension Robotics Private Limited (“XDRPL”, “we”, “us”), 14/76/1, Sreeram Nagar Colony, Hyderabad, Telangana 502319, India, CIN U31909TG2021PTC155890. For personal data collected through this website we are the Data Fiduciary under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (“DPDP Act”).
This policy covers www.xdimensionrobotics.com only. Contracts, tenders and supplies are covered by the privacy terms in those agreements.
2. What we collect and why

We do not:
- use analytics, advertising, social-media pixels or tracking cookies;
- sell, rent or trade personal data;
- ask for passwords, payment details, government ID numbers, health or other sensitive data;
- make automated decisions about you or build profiles;
- knowingly collect data from children (people under 18). If you are under 18, please don't use the enquiry form. If we learn we have a child's data, we will delete it.
Please don't include classified, restricted or sensitive operational information in an enquiry.
3. Who receives your data
We share personal data only with service providers that help us run this website and our email, and only as needed:
- BigRock (web hosting and our company email server) stores website files, server logs and enquiry emails.
- Cloudflare (content delivery and security) passes traffic to our website and may process your IP address to block attacks.
- Google: a copy of each enquiry is delivered to our Gmail mailbox.
- Google Maps loads only if you click “Show map” on the Contact page. Google then receives your IP address and may set its own cookies.
- WhatsApp (Meta): if you choose to message us on WhatsApp, Meta's privacy policy applies to that conversation.
We may also disclose data where Indian law requires it, for example to comply with a lawful request from a government authority or a court. Some of these providers may process data outside India, which the DPDP Act permits except for countries the Government restricts.
4. Cookies
This website doesn't set cookies of its own. See our Cookie Policy for the details, including the strictly necessary security cookie our CDN may use.
5. How we protect your data
- The whole site is served over HTTPS (encrypted).
- The enquiry form only accepts submissions from this website, checks every field, and limits message size and how often it can be used.
- Enquiries are sent as plain text to our company mailboxes, which only authorised staff can access.
- We don't store enquiries in a website database.
If a personal data breach happens, we will inform affected people and the Data Protection Board of India as the DPDP Act and its rules require.
6. Your rights
Under the DPDP Act you can:
- Get information about the personal data we hold about you and how we use it (s.11);
- Correct, complete, update or erase your personal data (s.12);
- Withdraw consent at any time, as easily as you gave it. We will then stop using that data unless the law requires us to keep it (s.6);
- Raise a grievance with us, and if you aren't satisfied, with the Data Protection Board of India (s.13);
- Nominate someone to exercise these rights for you in case of death or incapacity (s.14).
To use any of these rights, email privacy@xdimensionrobotics.com with the subject “Privacy request”. We may need to confirm your identity before acting. We aim to respond within 30 days, and in any case within the time the DPDP rules set.

8. Changes to this policy
We will update this page if our practices change, and change the “Effective” date above. If we ever want to use personal data in a new way that needs your consent, for example analytics cookies, we will ask first.
